Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education and 1–2 years of general maintenance experience.

• The job may require pulling and backing a long utility trailer with equipment behind a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled craftsmen in building maintenance tasks across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC areas.
• Assist in electrical installations and repairs, including light fixtures, switches, receptacles, fuses, and circuit breakers.
• Assist in heating and cooling system repairs and plumbing installations and repairs.
• Perform general construction duties such as carpentry, painting, plastering, and drywall work.
• Review, process and file work orders, blueprints, logs, and time sheets; ensure safety in tool and equipment use.
