Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience including carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical.
• Possession of a valid New Mexico driver’s license.
• Ability to provide a recent Driving Record.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled and skilled maintenance work on facilities.
• Operate heavy equipment for maintenance, construction, and repair.
• Perform minor electrical duties and basic plumbing tasks.
