An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Skilled Maintenance Plumber/Pipefitter to join their team. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and responding to emergencies around the clock. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across various systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Position Summary
Performs a variety of responsibilities related to the preventative maintenance, repair, fabrication, general maintenance, installation, inspection, service, and operation associated with being a plumber/pipefitter while ensuring compliance with state regulations. Remains available to respond to emergencies on a 24-hour basis; responds to emergencies to minimize and/or eliminate the need for school closures due to mechanical failure. Performs maintenance and service in other trade areas such as Electrical, Carpentry, Roofing, HVAC, and Boiler repair. Performs snow plowing activities as needed.

Education:
This position requires a high school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.).
Experience:
Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations:
A Master Plumber license that allows for the individual to pull permits is preferred; If one does not currently possess this license they are required to obtain this license.
Backflow testing certification, preferred; If one does not currently possess will be required to obtain.
