Serrmi Products is hiring a Machinist to join our growing machine shop in Pittsburg, KS. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of machining experience, with CNC programming a plus, and the ability to operate lathes, mills, punches, and grinders.

Qualifications

• OSHA10 safety certification required or to be obtained.
• Extensive knowledge of fabrication processes and safety procedures.
• 5 years’ experience as a machinist preferred; 3+ years acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily safety briefings and maintain safe working conditions.
• Machine parts to specifications using lathes, mills, and other tools.
• Set up and operate basic or specialized machine tools.
• Read drawings and work orders to determine material needs.
• Maintain machine tools and PPE usage.
