Job summary

Peerless Engineering and Manufacturing in Kansas City, KS is seeking a Machine Operator to install and operate heavy and non-heavy machinery, perform routine maintenance, and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

You will read blueprints and schematics, use hand and power tools, and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently. The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1+ year of manufacturing experience, and willingness to work day shifts with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of industrial machine operator experience in manufacturing.
• 1+ year of experience using hand and power tools and computerized machinery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Set up manufacturing equipment and read blueprints/schematics.
• Perform routine inspections and adjust parts for improvements.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA/MSHA regulations.
• Meet project deadlines with efficient time management.
