Job summary

Amcor in Wisconsin is looking for a Pouching Operator to set up and run pouch machines, perform quality checks, and record production data in SAP. You'll work 12-hour shifts on a 4-3 rotation and train teammates to meet production standards.

The role requires prior experience in printing, web handling or manufacturing, good measurement and basic mechanical skills, solid teamwork, and the ability to operate forklifts as needed.

Schedule: Shift: 12-hour shifts (6 AM – 6 PM or 6 PM – 6 AM) on a 4-3 rotation.

Fixed Days:

• Option 1: Sunday–Tuesday and every other Saturday
• Option 2: Wednesday–Friday and every other Saturday

Note: Employees are assigned to one of the two fixed schedules and do not rotate between them.
