Job summary

Amcor in Little Chute, WI seeks an experienced Machine Operator to run thermoforming equipment producing K-Cups for Keurig products, while upholding safety, quality, and production standards. You will handle setups, changeovers, run inspections, verify specs, and keep inventory in good order on a 2-2-3 night shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a 2-2-3 night shift schedule.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn production systems.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and attendance.
• 3+ years of machine operation experience is preferred.
• Thermoforming, packaging, plastics, or food manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience or certification is beneficial.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is preferred.

Amcor is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our Little Chute team. In this role, you'll operate thermoforming equipment that produces K-Cups® for Keurig products while ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are met.

What You'll Do

• Operate thermoforming equipment and support machine setups, changeovers, and line clearances.
• Perform quality inspections and make machine adjustments as needed.
• Verify product specifications, labels, and materials using computer systems.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during 8-12 hour shifts.
• Ability to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
