Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking a Laser Operator for Tube Laser duties in Hartford, Wisconsin. You will set up and operate tube laser cutting equipment, read blueprints, and load materials while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires basic measuring tools experience and the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues; teamwork and independent work are both valued. First shift, full-time position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating laser cutting machines or CNC equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
