Barton Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dependable Tube Laser Operator for a client in the metal fabrication field.

The role involves operating and monitoring tube laser equipment to produce high-quality metal components during the 1:30pm–10:00pm second shift on a full-time, direct-hire basis. Candidates with laser or CNC experience in metalworking, strong mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn are valued as you contribute to production goals and safety standards.

Formación

• Experience operating lasers, CNC equipment, or other metal fabrication machinery.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate tube laser equipment according to production schedules.
• Load raw materials and safely unload finished parts.
• Perform machine changeovers, including tooling and lens changes as needed.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Enter production information accurately into the manufacturing system.
• Work with the Laser Programmer to identify opportunities to improve programs, quality, and efficiency.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies and operating procedures.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Assist with other manufacturing duties as assigned.
