Area Wide Waterproofing is seeking a dedicated Waterproofing Laborer to support installation of waterproofing systems and foundation repair projects. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, physical stamina, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has prior labor or construction experience and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a laborer or in a construction-related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical stamina for demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Experience in waterproofing, structural repair or foundation repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of waterproofing systems, including drain tiles, sump pumps, and crack repairs.
• Support foundation repair projects, which may involve excavating, installing wall anchors, or applying carbon fiber straps.
• Operate various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Prepare job sites and ensure proper cleanup upon completion.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with foremen, team members, and homeowners in both English and Spanish.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials, digging, and working in various weather conditions.
