Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in site preparation, including clearing, excavating, and leveling sites.
• Transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support concrete finishers with form setup, pouring, and finishing.
• Follow supervisor instructions and adapt to various tasks.
• Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
• Contribute to team efforts to meet project deadlines and standards.
