The position requires willingness to work outdoors, follow safety rules, and assist in various tasks from grading to concrete work.

Applicants should be able to pass post-offer screenings, wear required PPE, and work as part of a team in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Some industrial/construction/general labor experience.
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
• New Hire Orientation Quiz.
• Applicant/employee must not pose a direct threat to health or safety.
• Job site safety requirements by client (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Practice safety rules and follow instructions.
• Safe use of hand and power tools.
• Report to and assist supervisor.
• Perform quality work per project specs.
• Manage tools and materials; maintain accountability.
• Work as part of a team in industrial/construction settings.
• Assist in concrete paving, grading, and excavation tasks.
• Direct other laborers and operate in alignment with grade specs.
