Summary

Assist with cleaning, preparing, and maintaining construction sites, including loading/unloading materials and equipment, and building/maintaining roller coasters.

• Moves, secures, installs, builds, loads, or unloads materials.
• Performs specialized tasks requiring on-the-job training.
• Effectively uses heavy and light equipment, depending on jobsite/assignment.
• Moves items from place to place, as directed by the site supervisor.
• Moves tools, equipment, or other material as directed in plans or by supervisor.
• Clean and supply designated facility areas.
• Perform various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.
• Perform and track routine inspection.
• Perform and track maintenance activities.
• Notify management in case of need for repair and interventions.
• Make adjustments and perform minor repairs.
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Performs various physical duties as assigned.
• Tools, carpentry, and painting skills a plus but not required.
