Summary

Looking for people to assist with cleaning and preparing construction sites, loading and unloading materials and equipment, and cleaning, maintaining, building roller coasters.

• Moves, secures, installs, builds, loads, or unloads materials.
• Performs some specialized tasks which may require on-the-job training.
• Effectively uses heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment.
• Moves items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor.
• Moves tools, equipment, or other material as directed in plans or by supervisor.
• Cleans and supplies designated facility areas.
• Performs various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.
• Performs and tracks routine inspection.
• Performs and tracks maintenance activities.
• Notifies management in case there is a need for repair and interventions.
• Make adjustments and perform minor repairs.
• Cooperates with the rest of the staff.
• Follows all health and safety regulations.
• Performs various physical duties as assigned.
• Tools, carpentry and painting skills a plus but not required.
