Job summary

Rocky Mountain Earth Movers in Utah is seeking a motivated Skilled Laborer to join our excavation team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role requiring daily outdoor work and collaboration with operators and crews on excavation projects.

Candidates should have experience in excavation or construction, be able to read laser levels, lift 50+ lbs, and demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and safety commitment. We offer competitive pay, growth opportunities, and OT potential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in excavation or construction preferred.
• Ability to set up and read laser levels for grading (training available if needed).
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors all day.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to work in a team environment and take direction well.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate laser levels for grading and excavation work.

Position Overview

outdoors in all conditions, and assisting operators and crews with excavation projects.
