Quality Talent Group is assisting a prestigious client in the building automation and industrial technology industry to fill a hands-on maintenance technician position. The role involves supporting production operations and maintaining power transmission, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in an aggregate plant environment.

You will work across shifts, adhere to strict safety protocols, and handle lifting and traversal through challenging plant layouts while ensuring equipment operates reliably.

Qualifications

• High School/GED
• Must be willing to work holidays, weekends various shifts and overtime as directed.
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
• Travel through an Aggregate plant, including walking over obstacles, climbing stairs and ladders, and lifting heavy or awkward parts.
• Employee will be exposed to extremely hot/cold, dusty, noisy, or dark situations.

Responsibilities

• Uses a variety of tools and equipment to support production operations.
• Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain and complete welding repairs to Crushing equipment.
• Troubleshoot machinery and equipment to detect irregularities and malfunctions.
• Clean, lubricate and perform routine maintenance work on machinery.
