Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a reliable laborer for a building automation and industrial tech client with a long history. The role involves outdoor work, heavy manual labor, and daily plant housekeeping to support operations across facilities.

You will follow safety protocols, use PPE, and complete daily safety logs and permits. Valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors are required. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year general laborer experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform manual tasks.
• Adherence to safety protocols and proper PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Handles the distinct cleaning demands of both systems.
• Performs heavy manual labor during plant mobilization/demobilization.
• Acts as the backbone of daily plant housekeeping and preventative maintenance.
• Prevents material contamination by thoroughly cleaning equipment.
• Accurately fills out and signs daily safety logs and permits.
