Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in the plumbing trade.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Licensed Journeyman Plumber or equivalent in good standing.
• License in related trade in city/state of work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, facilities, equipment and fixtures.
• Inspect, diagnose, and document issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Utilize hand and power tools to dismantle, repair, and replace defective parts.
• Manage work orders and maintenance schedules; coordinate with contractors while ensuring safety and quality.
• Respond promptly to emergencies; participate in on-call rotations as required.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and warranties.
• Operate and inspect vehicles and equipment; ensure proper maintenance and safety.
