Handyman Connection of Austin is seeking experienced craftsmen to join our team. You bring 5+ years in residential repair and remodeling; we supply the leads, schedule, and back-office support to help you focus on your craft.

Earn by the job: 28–30% of labor billed, with bonuses and a steady weekly cadence. Our team handles payroll taxes, insurance, and workers' comp. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with pay every Friday.

Qualifications

• 5+ years residential repair/remodeling experience required.
• Reliable work vehicle (truck/van) and professional-grade tools required.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and manage multiple projects.
