What You Could Earn

30% of every labor dollar billed — no unpaid estimating, no lead chasing:

• 25 hrs billed → ~$1,050 per week
• 30 hrs billed → ~$1,260 per week
• 35 hrs billed → ~$1,470 per week

Earnings vary based on job mix and weekly utilization. Large project weeks carry higher hour volume that offsets rate differences. Your weekly take‑home stays consistent.

• Upsell bonus: +4% on any additional work you sell, estimate and complete work on
• Review bonus: $20 per verified 5-star Google or Yelp review
• Quality bonus: $50/month for zero callbacks or rework

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM typical hours
• W‑2 employee
• Paid every Friday via direct deposit
