Key Responsibilities

1. Repairs: Fix plumbing leaks, electrical issues (e.g., outlets, switches), drywall damage, and broken fixtures.
2. Maintenance: Perform routine upkeep such as painting, caulking, weatherproofing, and HVAC filter replacements.
3. Installations: Install appliances, shelving, lighting fixtures, doors, windows, and flooring.
4. Carpentry: Build or repair furniture, decks, fences, and framing.
5. Plumbing: Address clogged drains, replace faucets, and repair or install pipes.
6. Electrical: Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues within licensing limits.
7. Inspection: Assess properties for maintenance needs and recommend solutions.
8. Customer Service: Communicate with tenants, provide cost estimates, and ensure satisfaction.
9. Safety: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain tools, and keep a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in general maintenance, construction, or related trades.
• Skills: Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and drywall repair; effective use of hand and power tools.
