Job summary

TruBlue of Wakefield in the Gainesville area is seeking skilled handymen to join our team as full-time and part-time staff. Proficiency in drywall finishing, painting, and carpentry is required, with a focus on quality workmanship and safety.

There is room for advancement within our growing company; experience with deck installation is a plus. You are a team player who can follow our processes and deliver consistent results.

Qualifications

Previous experience as handyman/general maintenance.
Must have own truck and tools.
Knowledge of carpentry methods and equipment.
Capable of working at heights up to 30 feet with ladder/lift.
Background check required.
Flexible hours including weekends.
Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Inspect, operate, or test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
Dismantle machines and access defective parts with hoists and power tools.
Perform routine maintenance on drives, motors, and belts.
Diagnose mechanical problems using blueprints or manuals.
Repair machines and equipment with hand and power tools.
Interact with customers professionally.
