New York City FC is seeking a Skilled Groundskeeper for the CFA grounds at Orangeburg, NY. This role supports grounds maintenance, landscaping services, and safety processes to uphold high standards on NYCFC sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, ensuring planning aligns with safety and environmental regulations, monitoring outcomes, and assisting with seasonal duties and equipment care. A strong candidate will have relevant certificates and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Pesticides PA1, PA2 and PA6 spraying certificates.
• Demonstrable experience in a grounds maintenance role.
• NVQ Level 3 Sportsturf or working towards it.
• Ability to communicate verbally and literally to management and wider team members.
• A basic level of computer literacy including MS Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Grounds maintenance tasks from start to finish, including scoping, pricing and materials, and supervising others.
• Ensure monthly/weekly planning and day-to-day operation meets safety, regulatory and best practice standards.
• Monitor results and implement improvements in grounds maintenance and landscaping services.
• Maintain safety and compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
