Job summary

New York City FC seeks a Head of Grounds to lead grounds maintenance and renovation services across CFA campus and stadium sites. You will manage performance indicators, budgets, and procurement to ensure high-quality playing surfaces and safe operations for staff and visitors.

The role requires a proven track record in grounds management, multi-site leadership, and strong MS Office/project management skills. On-site work at NYCFC facilities with weekend match coverage is expected.

• Proven ability to set targets, monitor outcomes and drive improvement.
• Strong budget, procurement and contract management skills.
