Tasman Inc is seeking a Skilled / General Laborer to support construction, remediation, environmental and drilling operations in the Southeast and other project locations. This role involves field work, site prep, material handling, and operating basic tools.

You will join a safety-focused team, follow work plans, and help ensure productive, compliant job sites on a variety of projects. Requires dependability, strong teamwork, and ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 0–1 years of experience in construction, environmental, industrial, or general labor positions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Basic understanding of construction or field operations.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and basic equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• General Labor & Field Support: perform basic construction tasks, loading/unloading, digging, lifting, debris removal.
• Equipment & Tool Operation: operate and maintain basic hand and power tools; assist with setting up barriers, materials, and equipment; operate small equipment when certified.
• Project Team Support: assist construction crews, engineers, and field technicians; follow project plans and requirements.
• Safety & Compliance: follow safety procedures; report hazards; participate in safety meetings and trainings.
