Job summary

The Staff Pad in Mabank, TX, is seeking a Skilled Construction Laborer to support field operations on pipeline projects. You will assist with excavation, pipe installation, site maintenance, and material handling, and you must follow safety procedures and PPE guidelines.

Candidates should have 2+ years of construction experience; fusion experience on gas piping is required; prior gas or pipe construction work is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience preferred.
• Fusion experience on gas piping required.
• Previous experience with gas or pipe construction preferred.
• Experience with excavation, pipe installation, backfill, or compaction.
• Ability to safely operate basic construction equipment and hand tools.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with excavation, backfill, and compaction for pipeline construction.
• Assist with pipe installation and related construction activities.
• Move, stack, load, and organize construction materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Operate small equipment, including water pumps.
• Perform fire watch duties as required.
• Use a variety of hand tools and construction equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and use PPE.
