Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Form Carpenter experience.
• Must be U.S. citizen.
• Able to comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lay-out, install forms, rebar, embeds, anchor bolts, and concrete per plans and specs.
• Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, assemble and install forms and rebar.
• Construct built-in-place or prefabricated wooden forms per molding specs.
• Erect built-in-place forms or assemble prefabricated forms.
• Anchor and brace forms to fixed objects.
• Build wooden structures such as scaffold supports and frame shelters.
• Pour concrete into forms; finish and texture surfaces per specs.
