Job summary

Moore Home Services is seeking a skilled Drywall and Stucco Technician to deliver high-quality installation and repair work on residential sites in Santa Rosa and surrounding areas. The role involves drywall and stucco tasks, framing, concrete prep, surface finishing, and thorough site cleanup, with collaboration across the Install Coordinators and management.

This position values safety, attention to detail, reliable scheduling, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in drywall and stucco installation, patching, texture matching, finishing, and painting, with general framing and concrete work experience.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, methods, and safety practices.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.

Responsibilities

Drywall and Stucco Installation & Repair: perform installation, patching, and repair work with precision.
General Framing: assist with framing, measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing framing materials.
Concrete Work: assist with site preparation, forming, pouring, and finishing.
Surface Preparation: ensure surfaces are clean, secure, and ready for finishing or stucco application.
Finish Work Execution: mix and apply stucco, tape and finish drywall, match textures, paint as needed.
Quality Control: inspect completed work to meet standards.
Material & Tool Management: coordinate materials, load and organize tools.
Site Management & Cleanup: maintain clean, safe job sites.
Team Collaboration: work with team to complete projects on time and within budget.
