Experience operating different types of cranes and the ability to work in various weather conditions
Physically fit for heavy lifting and climbing

Operate various types of cranes in a safe and efficient manner following all safety procedures and regulations
Load and unload materials and equipment onto trucks, barges, or other transportation vehicles
Inspect and maintain cranes to ensure proper functioning and report any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel
Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio equipment
Follow all traffic laws and regulations while operating the crane on public roads
