Job Summary

• Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials. Assist in various manual tasks as needed, working under supervision or with skilled workers.
• Apply practical problem-solving skills and follow instructions.
• Heavy lifting, climbing ladders, operating pump jack systems, and traversing scaffolding are required.

Standard Qualifications

• Carrying and organizing materials of varying weights
• Assist with demolition and form stripping
• Maintain a clean and safe work site
• Dig ditches/trenches and backfill excavations
• Follow specific instructions and adapt to changing duties
• Possess general construction knowledge and basic tools
