Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is accepting resumes for a Construction Maintenance Technician II at our Fort Supply Location. The role involves repairing, maintaining, and improving buildings and other structures, using plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting skills as needed.

Responsibilities include performing repairs, handling general maintenance, operating tools, and following safety guidelines while assisting with construction projects.

Qualifications

• Four years experience in one or more building trades or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to perform hands-on repair and maintenance.
• Ability to work safely and follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently or assist other maintenance workers.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs: Fix problems with buildings, equipment, fixtures, and other structures.
• Use trade skills: Plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, painting or other building trades.
• Handle general maintenance: Routine repairs to keep buildings in good condition.
• Use tools and equipment: Safely operate the tools and equipment needed to complete repairs.
• Follow safety rules: Understand hazards and use safety precautions.
• Follow instructions: Understand and carry out written and verbal directions.
