Job summary

FNF Phoenix is seeking a Concrete Finisher / Form Setter in Littleton, CO. You will assist with prepping, forming, pouring and finishing concrete while following safety and environmental guidelines.

Responsibilities include building structures per specs, maintaining quality, and keeping the site organized. You will report to the Construction Superintendent and handle daily timecards, hazard analyses, and toolbox meetings. Must read blueprints and lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Reads and follows blueprints and project specs.
• Knowledge of construction carpentry or concrete finishing and safety practices.
• Ability to kneel, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build structures per project specifications in a safe, efficient manner.
• Maintain high quality standards on site.
• Keep the work area orderly with organized tools and materials.
• Attend toolbox talks and daily timecard submissions.
• Report hazards or injuries promptly with the Construction Superintendent.
