Qualifications

• Read blueprints/building plans to determine dimensions, shape, design and materials.
• Organize and sequence tasks to meet project schedule.
• Perform concrete flatwork preparation, forming, and placement.

Responsibilities

• Read specifications in blueprints or plans to prepare project layout and material requirements.
• Organize, sequence, and perform tasks within schedule.
• Perform concrete flatwork preparation, forming and placement.
• Place concrete, slabs on grade and elevated decks using trucks, cranes, buckets, and/or pumps.
• Saw cut control joints and repair cured concrete surfaces.
• Apply curing compounds and sealers and operate required tools.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
