Job summary

Responsibilities

• Apply paint, stain, and finishes to walls, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Prepare surfaces with primer or sealers for finish coats.
• Remove old finishes by stripping, sanding, or solvents.
• Protect surfaces during painting and apply appropriate signage.
• Store and organize paints, tools, and equipment after use.
• Coordinate color changes with management or supervisor.
• Follow safety policies, report hazards, and complete safety training.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets.
• Move and position materials using ladders and reaching to work areas.
