Responsibilities

• Measure, mark, and arrange materials based on blueprints.
• Construct interior wall framing and partitions.
• Cut and shape structures from wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall.
• Hang wall coverings such as drywall and panels.
• Use hand and power tools to build projects.
• Join materials with nails, screws, staples, or adhesives.
• Check accuracy with levels and framing squares; fix issues.
• Create wooden forms for concrete or tunnels; bridges; sewer construction.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding.
• Install windows and doors and hardware.
• Adhere to local building and safety codes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
