Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong reliability and attendance.
• Comfortable in fast-paced collision environment.
• Basic computer skills; willingness to learn new systems.
• Previous body shop or collision repair experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate tools and shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs.
• Repair and replace damaged body panels and components.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles during repair process.
• Coordinate with estimators and production staff to maintain workflow.
• Perform repairs to OEM and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete repairs accurately within production timelines.
• Assist with quality control and final vehicle inspections.
