Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking a CNC Set Up Operator in Racine, WI. This 1st shift role runs 7:00am–3:30pm with a wage of $30.00–$45.00 per hour. You will set up parts on machines, operate CNC equipment, and handle material loading while maintaining safety and quality.

Candidates should be able to read blueprints, use a tape measure, lift up to 50 lbs, and work well in a team. Equal opportunity employer.

• Operate a basket-type 100-ton crane.
• Load and unload parts from semi-trucks with finished and unfinished parts.
• Remove chips and keep the work area clean.

CNC Set Up Operator Responsibilities:

• Help set up parts on machines
• Operate CNC machines
• Understand G-Codes
• Run basket type 100-ton crane
• Load and unload semi-trucks with finished and unfinished parts
• Shovel steel chips from machines
• Help keep shop clean

Requirements for CNC Set Up Operator:
