Position Title: CNC Mill Machinist

Wage: $24.00 - $26.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Responsibilities

• Perform machine changeovers using provided tool lists and setup sheets
• Inspect machined parts to ensure compliance with customer requirements
• Conduct basic machine maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Input work-related data into a computer-based ERP system
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support team success

Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on experience in CNC mill machining
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Proficient in operating 3, 3+2, and 5-axis CNC mills; basic g-code programming knowledge
• Skilled in inspecting machined parts to ensure they meet specifications
• CAM programming experience is a plus
• Familiarity with AS9100:D standards is advantageous
• Basic computer skills required for data entry and software use
