Job summary

Assisting Hands Deerfield is seeking a compassionate caregiver/CNA to support clients in Lake Forest, IL. You will provide companionship, help with personal care, and assist with daily activities in a home setting.

The role requires 2+ years of caregiving experience, reliable transportation, and comfort working with both male and female clients. Shifts include weekdays and weekends with potential for growth and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of caregiving experience required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to Lake Forest.
• Comfortable assisting both male and female clients.
• Experience with personal care tasks.
• No restrictions on type of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship through conversation, activities, and engaging in TV programs.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean living environment.
• Prepare simple meals and assist with meal planning.
• Provide medication reminders and ensure adherence.

As an Assisting Hands Deerfield Caregiver/CNA you’d be helping nice people with:

• Companionship – conversation, playing games, watching TV

• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
