Scull Construction Service, Inc. is seeking a dependable carpenter to build, install, and repair structures using wood, metal, and other materials in Rapid City, SD.

You will join a skilled team on challenging commercial and educational projects. Pay ranges from $19 to $28 per hour with overtime eligibility, weekly direct deposit, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of carpentry experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• Must have personal transportation to and from job sites, including out-of-town work.
• Attend all safety meetings and maintain safe job site practices following company policy.
• Wear and maintain PPE as directed by supervisor and safety team.

Responsibilities

• Frame walls, frame floors, roofs, layout walls, joists, trusses, stairs, set casework, install hardware and doors.
• Follow blueprints and building plans to meet client needs.
• Be knowledgeable in the use of transit and operate construction equipment safely.
• Work as part of a team and assist with all tasks as directed.
• Willingness to travel out-of-town and work overtime as required.
