Skilled Carpenter – Remodeling and Home Improvement - $1,000 Sign-on Bonus

Celebrating 20 years in business, we have served our community with a handyman division, remodeling services, and our recently started Extreme Garage division. We are looking for a Skilled Carpenter/Construction Professional to join our team in supporting & partnering with homeowners in all aspects of home renovations. Our ideal candidate has experience as a handyperson, construction worker, framer, drywaller, cabinet installer, home improvement or remodeling professional, property maintenance tech, or similar work history.

Who we are looking for:

• Experienced: 3-5 years of carpentry/construction experience (framing, drywall installation, cabinet installer, etc). Previous remodeling experience (kitchens, bathrooms, basements) is a plus. We will provide on-the-job training for construction professionals who want to broaden their skillset.
• Active: Need to perform physical tasks required of a versatile handyperson and have the ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Respectful: Understands the responsibility of working in someone else's home. Keep a clean workspace, treat the property with care, and be courteous to the homeowner and their family.
• Detail-Oriented: A task-oriented, organized person with high standards to handle all the details. Able to prioritize tasks & deliver high-quality work. Committed to providing the highest quality work & service every time.
• Team Player: Able to work in a team setting and keep a sense of humor when working closely with others. Always considerate & respectful.
• Driver's License: Must have a valid PA driver's license and reasonably clean driving record.
• Must have your own hand tools. Power tools are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general carpentry tasks including framing, drywall installation, trim work, and cabinetry
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials to construct or repair structures
• Install doors, windows, cabinets, trim, and other household fixtures
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure high-quality project outcomes
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean worksite
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during renovations or repairs
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

What We Offer Our Carpenter:

• $25-$30/hour – depending on experience
