Job summary
ServiceMaster DSI in Indianapolis is seeking a full-time skilled tradesman with remodeling experience. The role covers drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, and mechanical work on projects ranging from patches to full home rebuilds. A daily vehicle stipend is provided and overtime is available.

Qualifications
- Remodeled residential projects required or preferred.
- Must be reliable and hardworking.
- Must provide own tools.
- Excellent communication with team and clients.
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Background check and drug screen required.
Responsibilities
- Perform remodeling tasks across drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry and mechanical trades.
- Handle tasks from patch and paint to full home rebuilds.
- Work with supervision to complete projects on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with superintendents and tradesmen to achieve job goals.
