Qualifications

• Experience in rough and finish carpentry with basic maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints for assigned tasks.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and safe tool handling.

Responsibilities

• Framing walls, bulkheads, and other rough carpentry work.
• Finish carpentry including baseboards, jambs, casing, and door/window installs.
• Install cabinets, countertops, hardware, and acoustical ceilings.
• Read blueprints and coordinate with team to maintain scope.
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and tool accountability.
• Ensure compliance with MIOSHA/OSHA safety requirements.
