ServiceMaster DSI in Downers Grove is seeking full-time skilled tradesmen with remodeling experience (drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, mechanical). The role covers a range from patch-and-paint to complete home rebuilds, with a steady workload and room for advancement.

Compensation includes $22–$32 per hour, daily vehicle stipend, paid holidays, PTO accrual, and overtime after 40 hours with double time after 60. Valid driver’s license and own tools are required.

Qualifications

• Remodeling experience across trades (drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, mechanical).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are required.
• Background check and drug screen must be passed.

Responsibilities

• Perform remodeling and construction tasks as assigned across various projects.
• Collaborate with superintendents and team members to complete jobs on schedule.
• Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness on site.
