• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Measure, cut, and install materials with precision.

• Ensure work meets quality standards on custom homes.
• Load, unload, and move materials on job sites.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and up to code.
• Work alongside foremen and subcontractors as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform rough and finish carpentry, including framing, subfloors, and trim work

Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
