Team Qualifications (Requirements)

• Clean criminal background check (no felonies or major misdemeanors)
• Ability to pass initial and random drug testing
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently or team lift heavier items
• Ability to pass respirator fit test and physical examination

Role On The Team (Job Responsibilities)

• Minimum 1 year experience in finish carpentry
• Preferred 1+ years in rough carpentry
• Knowledge of power tools such as saws and jigsaws
• Possession of basic hand tools and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of lumber grades and countertop materials
• Frame room additions as needed
• Material selection and defect evaluation
• Install cabinets, counters, and molding
• Follow all building codes
• Maintain high attention to detail
• Skilled in rough and finish carpentry
• Work safely and efficiently both individually and as part of a team
• Certifications are a plus but not required
