Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of carpentry, construction, or restoration experience preferred.
• Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling practices.
• Proven experience in construction estimating, carpentry (trim/frame), roofing, masonry or related fields in restoration.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration tasks including water damage remediation and structural repairs.
• Execute framing, drywall installation, plastering, and stucco work for interiors/exteriors.
• Install fixtures, cabinetry, doors, siding, flooring, tile, and roofing with accuracy.
• Use hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment to complete projects.
• Read blueprints, schematics and construction drawings for precise implementation.
• Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks including rebar installation and concrete forming.
• Collaborate with the team on-site to follow safety protocols and maintain productivity.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive restoration tasks, including water damage remediation, mold removal, and structural repairs.
• Execute framing, drywall installation, plastering, and stucco work to restore or remodel interiors and exteriors.
• Install fixtures, cabinetry, doors, siding, flooring, tile, and roofing with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment to complete projects efficiently.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure precise implementation of project specifications.
• Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks such as rebar installation, concrete forming, masonry work, and metal stud framing.
• Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure safety protocols are followed while maintaining productivity standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of carpentry, construction, or restoration experience preferred.
• Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling practices
• Proven experience in construction estimating, carpentry (including trim and frame carpentry), roofing, masonry, or related fields within the restoration industry.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematic reading, blueprint interpretation, and construction site safety practices.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks consistently.
• Knowledge of fabrication techniques, including metal stud framing and drywall finishing.
• Valid experience in working with various materials such as stucco, siding, woodwork, tile laying, flooring installation, and fixture mounting.
• Prior experience in the restoration industry or related manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
