Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under physician supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety.
• Monitor and document residents' vital signs and condition.
• Collaborate to develop individualized care plans.
• Assist residents with ADLs and mobility as needed.
• Ensure infection control and facility protocol compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and document timely interventions.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
• Participate in care planning meetings
