NORTH AMERICAN LAND DEVELOPMENT is searching for a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our growing team in Monroe, Louisiana. This role involves building, assembling, and finishing custom cabinetry and millwork products with a focus on quality craftsmanship.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in woodworking and the ability to operate a variety of woodworking machinery safely. Competitive pay and benefits are offered, including overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong work ethic and team player.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials.
• Operate woodworking machinery safely.
• Sand, stain, and finish cabinetry.
