Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Bartender to craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, greet guests, and process transactions at our Clemson, SC location. You will contribute to a fast-paced service environment and help elevate guest experiences through skilled beverage service.

The ideal candidate has prior bartending experience, knowledge of drinks and recipes, and the ability to obtain required certifications. Hospitality, accuracy, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous bartender experience preferred
• Knowledge of bartending principles, recipes and current trends
• Able to obtain all Aramark and state/local alcohol service certifications
• Displays phenomenal hospitality, friendliness, and beverage knowledge
• Organizational & multitasking skills, accuracy and attention to detail
• Requires occasional lifting up to 25 lb
• Enjoys fast-paced work environment and flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• May include providing servers drinks from the service well
• Checks IDs to ensure minimum age for alcohol and follows policies
• Adheres to cash handling policies
• Sets up and breaks down workstations, cleans and sanitizes
• Takes inventory counts and ensures stock levels
• Provides excellent guest service and anticipates guest needs
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests and coworkers
• Protects company assets and security
